Robotics

About the Club
The robotics club provides third through fifth grade students the opportunity to develop skills in designing, programming, and testing a fully functioning robot. Students in this program gain skills in engineering, logical reasoning, and teamwork with their peers to solve problems.

Fournier’s Friends

About the Club
Fournier’s Friends is a group of student volunteers in 3rd-5th grades who make the library awesome through donating their time, participating in library programs, and inspiring a love of reading in their peers. Their customer service skills, knowledge of library systems and Dewey Decimal Ninja status make our library the best in town!

About the Club
Art Club is a way to introduce various forms of art to aspiring artists! Art Club allows a child to become a critical thinker and develop problem solving skills, while still enabling students to show their creative and artistic talents.

The Forest North Art Department, provides the Art Club experience for all grade levels, Kindergarten through 5th grade.  Students in each grade level join Art Club for 4-5 weeks during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Angie Bell is the sponsor for Art Clubs first – fifth and co-sponsors with Lisa Perkins during the Kindergarten Art club, held in the fall semester.

About the Club

Ms. Bell, Mrs. Fournier, Mr. Braudrick, and Mr. Hashbarger co-sponsor Broadcast, a group of dedicated 4th and 5th grade students who produce, direct and star in a daily news show for all of Forest North. These movie stars deliver the weather, lunch choices, latest news, announcements and events. Tune into KEGL Channel 16 News daily at 7:45 a.m. for a dose of all that’s happening at FNE!

About the Club
Theater Club…a fun after-school club that encourages students to participate in the various aspects of Theater – acting, making props, or taking pictures. It is open to all students in 2nd through 5th grade during the Fall and Spring semesters. Students gain skills in reading, memorizing, being expressive, public speaking, creativity, and team-work, just to name a few. Each semester ends with a performance that is open to the Forest North Community.

Monti MacMillan, Lalitha Shetty, ShaCrista Rideaux, Brian Braudrick, and many parent volunteers help to ensure the success of this club.
